These terms govern your use of pinestrawshoppe.com and your purchases from The Pine Straw Shoppe ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as we could.

Ordering

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors — and if we cancel after you've paid, you receive a full refund.

Pricing errors. We work hard on honest pricing, and occasionally a price is published in error. If a product's listed price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill at the erroneous price.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when ordering — especially your shipping address, since pallets of pine straw are hard to un-deliver.

Products

Pine straw is a natural, agricultural product. Needle length, color, and texture vary bale to bale and season to season — that's nature, not a defect. Product photos are representative. Coverage estimates (square footage at stated depths) are good-faith estimates based on typical application; actual coverage depends on application depth and technique.

Shipping and the Ship-Out Guarantee

Shipping timeframes, costs, and our Ship-Out Guarantee are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: orders ship within 7 days, and if we miss your ship-out date without 24 hours advance notice, your order is free — refunded in full and still shipped.

Returns and refunds

Governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: no-questions-asked refunds, and you never have to ship anything back.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You can request account deletion at any time via sales@pinestrawshoppe.com.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, don't scrape or harvest data from the site, and don't misrepresent your identity when ordering.

Intellectual property

The site's content — text, images, design, and branding — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties except where prohibited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Nothing in these terms limits the refund rights described in our Returns and Shipping policies — those promises stand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them. Material changes to purchase-affecting terms apply to orders placed after the change.
