Our return policy is simple: we take your word for it.

If you're not happy with your pine straw — any reason, or no reason at all — we'll refund you. No questions asked.

And here's the part that surprises people: you don't ship anything back. Pine straw is bulky, return shipping is expensive, and making you box up needles to prove a point isn't how we do business. Keep it, use it, give it to a neighbor. Your refund doesn't depend on it.

How to get a refund

Email us at sales@pinestrawshoppe.com with your order number and the word "refund." That's genuinely all we need. We answer every email within 2 business days, and your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5–10 business days after we issue it.

You can also start a refund through your account or our chat — whatever's easiest for you.

The fine print (there's barely any)

  • Refunds cover the full amount you paid for the product.
  • Requests within 30 days of delivery are automatic and unconditional.
  • That's it. No restocking fees, no return labels, no photos required, no forms.

Why do we do it this way? Because good pine straw at an honest price shouldn't need an insurance policy. If we got it wrong, we make it right — fast.
