When your order ships

All orders ship out within 7 days of purchase. You'll see your exact ship-out date when you order, and you can view it — or move it to a date that suits you better — anytime in your account. When your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get a confirmation with tracking.

The Ship-Out Guarantee

If we miss your ship-out date without giving you at least 24 hours advance notice, your pine straw is free.

That means: we refund the full amount you paid, and we still ship your order. You get your money back and your pine straw. That's not a marketing line — it's how we keep ourselves honest about the 7-day promise.

The one honest boundary: if something on our end forces a delay, we'll tell you at least 24 hours before your scheduled ship-out date with a new date. Advance notice means the guarantee moves to the new date; no notice means the order is free. We think that's fair — surprises are the problem, not schedules.

What the guarantee covers (and what it can't)

Our guarantee covers ship-out — the day your order leaves our hands. Once a carrier has your pine straw, transit times are theirs: boxes typically arrive within 3–5 business days by ground, and pallets ship by freight with delivery scheduling handled by the carrier. We'll always give you tracking so you can watch it move, and if a shipment goes truly sideways in transit, email us — our no-questions-asked refund policy has your back there too.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order — boxes and pallets, no minimums. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise fees, no handling charges, no "oversize" fine print.
