We keep this simple too: we do what we say. Your order ships when we said it would — and if we ever have to move your date, you'll hear it from us first, in advance, not from a tracking page. That's the standard, and we hold ourselves to it.

Pick your ship-out date at checkout. If we miss it without telling you at least 48 hours in advance, we'll refund your full purchase price — and still ship your order. Free straw isn't our business model, so we don't plan on missing.
