We cut the rest. Here's what you get every time.
A Fair Price
Good pine straw priced to move, with free shipping baked in. You're not paying for a fancy label — you're paying for straw.
Good, Clean Straw
Longleaf and slash pine, weighed and baled clean. It covers what we say it covers — no filler, no light bales, no guessing.

Not happy? Money back. No questions.
If you're not happy with your straw, tell us and we'll refund you. No forms, no interrogation, and no shipping bales back across the country — keep the straw. We'd rather lose a sale than have you stuck with something you don't love.
Applies to every box and pallet we ship.
Both are good. It comes down to the look.
Same clean straw, same free shipping. The needle length is the difference.
14" Longleaf
- Long, durable needles that knit together and stay put
- Holds rich color longer through the season
- Resists washing out on slopes and beds
- The look most homeowners and landscapers ask for
9" Slash Pine
- Finer texture that lays down tight and even
- Tidy, uniform look for smaller or formal beds
- Settles fast and packs in nicely around plants
- Same clean, weighed bales — just a shorter needle
Can't decide? Most people go longleaf for that classic, long-needle look — but you really can't go wrong either way.

Questions, answered
Yes — every order ships free, boxes and pallets, with no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay.
A box (4 bales) covers about 200 sq ft at a 2" depth. A pallet (48 bales) covers about 3000 sq ft. Refreshing an existing bed uses less — the calculator handles both.
You pick your ship-out date at checkout — the earliest is the soonest we can get it out (usually within 7 days), and you can choose that day or later. Ordering several pallets? We ship up to 5 a day, so larger orders go out over consecutive days.
Mostly the needle length and look. Longleaf is the long, classic needle that knits together and holds color; slash is shorter and finer for a tidy, uniform bed. Both are clean, weighed, and ship free.
Yes, if your delivery site has a loading dock or forklift to unload it. Homes should choose residential delivery, which comes with a scheduled appointment and a liftgate truck. We'll have you confirm the dock or forklift before a commercial order goes through.
Then we'll make it right — money back, no questions asked. Email us at sales@pinestrawshoppe.com and we'll handle the refund. No forms, no interrogation, and no shipping bales back across the country.
We keep support simple and self-serve — stripped down, not absent. Most answers are instant through our chat, and you can check your order's ship-out status from your account anytime. For anything else, email us at sales@pinestrawshoppe.com and we'll reply within 2 business days.
